This package provides the whole pharmacy team with all you need to know to successfully implement the NHS111 and GP Community Pharmacist Consultation Service (CPCS).

Each referral you successfully complete is worth £14 to the pharmacy so it is vital that the whole pharmacy team are fully trained to deliver this service.

You will also need the engagement of your local GP Practice(s) for the successful initiation of the project and included in the package is our surgery implementation course which you can give to your GP Practice(s) to up skill them.  This package has been modelled on the successful implementation of over 50 surgeries.  Also included is a module on delivering online consultations and a module to support the pharmacist in gaining confidence with clinical history taking and using NICE Clinical Knowledge Summaries.
