Processing Information
We process your personal data, which includes your name, email and place of work
· Your training – providing online training services.
· Storage – We hold your data on secure servers or on password protected, encrypted computers
· Management – No personal data is shared with a third party without explicit consent being obtained. Anonymised amalgamated data is shared with agencies (for example an LPC) for the purpose of tracking activity.
Your right to your information
We hold your information for 2 years regarding course activity before its secure deletion, however we retain the information that your business has accessed the training for the purposes of our management reports.
We process your personal data with explicit consent obtained from you and will only add you to our distribution lists if you agree.
You may object to us holding your information.
